What driver is best for you?

Today we are going to look at how different drivers can make such a big difference to your golf game. There has been an old saying, “drive for show, putt for dough”. Meaning that hitting the ball the long was off the tee is just showing off while making putts is key. With that being said, I believe that putting is one of the most important parts of golf but personally I think driving is the second most important. I believe this because, if you can’t get the ball in play and consistently hit it out of bounds or in a hazard, it’s impossible to play at a decent started as you are simply wasting shots. So hopefully these driver recommendations will befit those from all levels.

  1. Callaway Rouge/Sub Zero.

This driver has been rated one of the top drivers that you can buy at this moment. It is rated the number 1 driver on the PGA tour as it is very forgiving and they have added their new invention of “jailbreak” structure. Which makes the sweat spot bigger. Thus, creating more distance. The only negative is that its $500 for the club. But a very solid golf club.

  1. Taylor-made Twist Face.

This driver is used by the some of the longest hitters on tour including the likes of Tiger Woods and Dustin Johnson. It is a very reliable club. The design “twist face” is used to straighten the ball flight to try eliminating the big miss. The price of this club is still well priced at $430. And if you are looking for more consistency this would be a goof one to look at.

  1. Cleveland launcher HB

This driver is back to the basics with the no adjustable hosel to adjust lie or loft. Cleveland are renound for having high quality products and for affordable prices. The head is extremely light making it very easy to swing and what weight there is its placed towards the back of the club head to help the ball in the air easier. You can get this for $£300.

It is very important when looking for driver is to test them out before you buy it. And also, to have it fitted perfectly for you. Therefore, leaving nothing to chance!
